Cessna 150-152 Club • New Member Missing Password Help |
|
Note: The following guidance will only work to obtain a password if you are a new member of the club and have already completed the purchase of your membership in the club store. You cannot activate your online membership without an active email account that is capable of receiving an email from the club. Attempts to register a false email address, or activate a password without paying first are recorded as Fraud by our system, and will be reported to the authorities automatically. When you purchase a membership from the club, your password is immediately available. On the store receipt page you will see a link to a page where you can activate your password. If you missed seeing this link on the receipt page, a copy of the receipt is also emailed to the email address you provided when you purchased your membership. A common problem is that the email confirmation is blocked on the purchaser's computer by antispam programs. This is especially common for AOL and MSN members. If you missed seeing the link on the receipt page and did not receive the email with the password link, click here. Note that you will need to identify yourself with the same email address you used when you purchased your membership. When you use this form your password is emailed to the address provided. There is nothing we can do to prevent your email service from blocking our emails, if you are using antispam in your email service, be sure to allow emails from membership@cessna150-152.com . Additional Notes: The member's forum uses a more sophisticated authentication scheme than the rest of the club website, and this must be manually activated during regular business hours. When you join the club we provide you with a temporary forum login that allows immediate access to the forum. If you join the club during regular business hours (Pacific Time), your regular club password will be activated in the forum that day. If you join the club during off hours you will use your temporary forum password until the next business day when we activate your regular club password in the forum. Special Notes to AOL users: AOL uses an unusual set of internet security measures that can cause all sorts of grief to websites like ours that use two way communication. We recommend that you login to AOL normally, minimize the AOL window and then launch Microsoft Internet Explorer in a separate window and use Internet Explorer to access our website and forum.
