The Cessna 150-152 club has produced four Clinton Commemorative fly-in DVDs so
far, our
2005 DVD features "Fly Like an Eagle," a Clinton highlights
film by Robbie Culver, and "The Time of Your Life" a
keepsake slideshow of several hundred of our favorite Clinton photographs from
2001 through 2005, set to inspiring music.
Our
2006 DVD is a more ambitious work, with more than 90 minutes of
exciting and inspiring Cessna 150-152 flying footage, Midwestern thunderstorms,
and the friendships that bring pilots back to Clinton every summer. Once again
Robbie Culver captured the pulse of the fly-in with his film "96 hours in
Clinton" an exciting 30 minute movie that was filmed, editing and shown at
the fly-in. The 2006 DVD also contains an hour length feature by club director
Royson Parsons, "The Wild Blue Yonder", a moving profile of the people,
events and experiences that made Clinton 2006 so unforgettable.
Our 2007 DVD On Wings of Dreams was co-produced by renowned videographers Robbie Culver and Felipe Marrou, and has made a splash worldwide thanks to featured portions on Youtube.
Our 2008 DVD Amazing contains two short videos "Amazing" and “Free and Easy.” "Amazing" is a compilation of club member photographs and videos set to music. “Free and Easy” is a music video created by FAC, Ed Figuli, an entertaining and sometimes humorous look at the people and planes who came to Clinton in 2008. Both videos were shown at the fly-in. (Preview Free and Easy on YouTube.)
The Next Clinton International Fly-in will be held July 30 - August 2, 2009
